Bewokwin Malaysia Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bewokwin" or "we" refers to the bewokwin online entertainment platform, accessible via the website https://bewokwin.ws.
• "User", "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who registers and uses bewokwin's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user on the bewokwin platform.
• "Services" covers all games, betting, promotions, and other features provided by bewokwin.
• "Funds" refers to the balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held within a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to free credits, bonus cash, or other benefits granted to users in accordance with the applicable promotional terms.
• "Bet" refers to the total MYR amount wagered on any game or event through the bewokwin platform.
• "RTP" stands for Return to Player — the average percentage of wagered money returned to players over the long term.

To register and use bewokwin's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. bewokwin does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to register or play under any circumstances.
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not as an agent or in any other capacity for any third party.
• Not fall under any category prohibited by local Malaysian law from using online entertainment services.
• Has never been suspended or banned from the bewokwin platform previously.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Malaysian law.

Bewokwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a user is found to have registered using false age information, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

The bewokwin account registration process is straightforward and quick, but is subject to the following conditions:

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bewokwin account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

3.2 Required Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bewokwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM2,000. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad and bank statement.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your bewokwin account password and login details confidential. Do not share your login information with anyone, including family members.

Withdrawals from your bewokwin account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for e-wallets and RM 50 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost) are processed within 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB) are processed within 1 hour on business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the bewokwin account. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Unclaimed Funds

If an account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months and a balance remains, bewokwin reserves the right to apply an inactive account maintenance fee of RM 10 per month. Members will be notified by email before this fee is charged.

Bewokwin offers members a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Every bewokwin promotion carries a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the deposit, for example 10x meaning you must wager 10 times the combined value of the deposit and bonus before any withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are valid for one (1) account, one IP address, one device, and one payment method only.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Bewokwin reserves the right to void bonuses if any fraudulent activity or abuse is detected.
• Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that have expired will be automatically forfeited.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

The bewokwin welcome bonus offers a match of 100% match on your first deposit up to RM500. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 15x within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.

5.3 Weekly Cashback & Bonus

Active bewokwin members are eligible to receive weekly cashback of up to 10% based on their net losses over a 7-day period. Cashback is credited every Monday and can be used directly for gameplay with no additional rollover requirements, though it cannot be withdrawn as cash.

All games on the bewokwin platform — including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Sports Betting, badminton, lottery, and e-sports — are subject to the following rules:

• The outcome of all slot and table casino games is final and determined by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) system. bewokwin cannot alter or void the results of completed games.
• For Sports Betting and badminton, the odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are the applicable price, even if the odds change thereafter.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, bewokwin will refer to server logs to determine the status of any affected bets.
• Bets placed after the deadline or after the result is known (in the context of Sports Betting) are void and will be refunded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed in the bewokwin game interface and are subject to change from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bewokwin platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, information, or documents.
• Money laundering — using the bewokwin platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion — colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or Sports Betting.
• Bonus Abuse — registering multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to repeatedly claim bonuses.
• Use of automated software — using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to play on the bewokwin platform.
• Document forgery — submitting KYC documents that are falsified or have been tampered with.
• Threats or harassment — threatening or harassing bewokwin customer support staff or other players.

Bewokwin continuously monitors all account activity using advanced fraud detection systems. We cooperate fully with Malaysian authorities in investigations related to financial crime.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your bewokwin account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at support@bewokwin.ws. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be transferred to your registered account.

8.2 Closure by bewokwin

Bewokwin reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or abuse.
• You breach any condition set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Required to do so by the relevant authorities.
• You are found to not meet bewokwin's membership eligibility requirements.

8.3 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons not involving fraud, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to you within 7 business days. Funds associated with bonuses or fraudulent activity will not be refunded.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, bewokwin is not liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes or bets.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance, third-party internet infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by banks or e-wallet providers.
• Content or services offered by third-party websites.

Bewokwin always strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly 99.9% of the time, but cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical errors or interruptions at all times.

All content on the bewokwin platform — including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, software, source code, and design — is the exclusive property of bewokwin or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, or reproducing any part of the bewokwin platform without prior written consent.
• Using bewokwin's trademarks, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of bewokwin's software.

Bewokwin is committed to responsible gambling. We provide the following self-control tools for all members:

• Deposit Limit — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on what you can afford.
• Loss Limit — the system will automatically end the gaming session once the set loss limit is reached.
• Time Out — take a break from the bewokwin platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.

These bewokwin Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
